The 2000, 6000 and 9000 series range of deadweight testers from SI Pressure Instruments Ltd., UK provides a high precision pressure calibration source for many applications. The range of the deadweight testers is from -1 to 5000 bar. Features are ease of use and high priming capability. These testers are available with single and double piston and with motorised options. Standard Accuracy is +0.025%. Accuracy to 0.015% is also available as an options.
These deadweight testers can be supplied after applying corrections for value of gravity and temperature at the place of use. The dead weight testers is supplied with calibration certificates traceable to NPL or NAMAS standards via BSEN 1SO 9002 quality assured laboratory.
Suitable software are also supplied as option. The software PressCal will be pre-loaded with customer specific details of deadweight tester calibration data including PCU'S weight sets and fluid media.
PressCal will allow users to apply all necessary corrections (e.g. Local Gravity, Temperature, Pressure Head, etc.). Calibration data is processed live and a calibration certificate can be produced in one keystroke. Customer details are maintained in a separate customer file which can be retrieved and inserted automatically into the calibration certificate.
